Crafty Projects and the Messes that Come with Them
Wow, I dont even know where to start with this one because theres so much to say about it. This is my resume and application for HootSuite. I was really looking for a challenge and something new this summer because I knew I wasn’t taking classes or going on co-op. A friend of mine, Stephanie, mentioned that they were looking for a Community Intern at HootSuite and that she felt I would fit perfectly in the role. Since I’m not good with my words, I had to show my experience in a different way. This was inspired off of the previous set of teabags I made as a gift for Ken – but this time it was HootSuite focused and showcased my skills. I didn’t expect it to get the spotlight like it did! Not only did I get the position, but I also was featured on 24hrs newspaper and the news. It comprised of a 2 sets of tea bags: ones with quotes from Daveo the VP of Community on the back side of owlys, and the other set was my Resume with a photo of the experience on the front!
